Elmer Chi is a five pound senior fellow who is convinced that he is a big dog in a little dog's body. Elmer is a sensitive, rather stubborn fellow who can get cranky if he is frightened or challenged. He is somewhat suspicious of strangers, but once he has decided he can trust them, he is a real snuggler. A little temperamental, he would not do well in a rowdy household, but would be an awesome companion for a quiet home with folks willing to accept his eccentricities. To know him is to love him!
